Image refunds

If an image comes out unusable, report it — your credits come back after review. It applies to one generation: you report it, a person looks at it, and if it is accepted the credits that generation cost are put back in your balance.

The test is whether the image is unusable — not whether you would have preferred another one. Things that qualify:

• The product is deformed, or does not match the one you uploaded.
• Text, a logo or a pattern on the product came out wrong.
• The scene is broken — a hand with the wrong number of fingers, an object melting into another.
• The image is unusable for a reason you can point at in the picture.

Things that do not: a scene you no longer like, a Recipe that was not the one you meant to pick, or a result that is simply not your taste. Choosing a different Recipe costs credits like any other generation.

   Open the image in your library

   Find the generation you want to report.

   Report the issue

   Use the report action on the image and pick what went wrong. A short description helps — say what you can see in the picture.

   Send it before you download

   Report it within 7 days, and before you download the image. A downloaded image cannot be reported.

Every request is read by a person — there is no automatic triage. In practice most reports are answered within 24 hours. If it is accepted, the credits are back in your balance and you can generate again straight away; if it is not, we tell you why.

Image refunds are part of the paid plans, with a daily cap so the flow stays workable for everyone:

Credits themselves are not exchangeable for money, and pack credits expire 90 days after purchase.
