Getting started

From one photo of your product to an image you can put on your store. This is the whole path, in the order you will actually do it.

What you need

One photo of your product. A phone photo on a plain surface is enough — you do not need a studio, a light or a backdrop. Cheeppy isolates the product itself and places it in the scene you choose.

You also need an account. A new account comes with up to 100 free credits, once, so you can run your own product before paying anything.

1 · Add your product

  1. Upload a photo

Drag the file in, or pick one you have used before from My images — nothing is re-uploaded.

  2. Or pick it from your store

If you have connected Shopify, WooCommerce or Wix, open the Store library and choose the product: one of its own listing photos becomes the source.

  3. Several products in one image

Some Recipes take more than one product — a set, a pairing. Each one gets its own slot.

2 · Choose a Recipe

A Recipe is a scene built by our creators: the light, the surface, the framing and, on some of them, a person. You pick one — there is no prompt to write.

3 · Set the options

Format
The aspect ratio of the image. Seven aspect ratios in the app (1:1, 4:5, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16, 2:3).
Resolution
2K on every plan, 4K where the plan includes it. The size sets the base generation fee (1K 18 · 2K 25 · 4K 35 credits); the Recipe adds its creator fee on top.
Model
On Recipes built around a person, pick who wears or holds the product. The same model can be reused across your products.
Backdrop colour
On compatible Recipes, one solid colour behind the product — your brand’s exact hex, or white for a marketplace.

4 · Generate

The cost is shown before you press generate, and nothing is spent until you do. A generation takes a moment; you can leave the page and come back.

5 · Review and download

The result appears in your library. Download it, or send it straight to the product page if the product came from a connected store — one image per action, added to that product’s gallery.

What to do next

  1. Shoot more angles

Photoshoot re-shoots the image you kept from a new camera angle — closer, three-quarter, low, a detail — keeping the same product and light.

  2. Put it in every format

Expand continues the scene sideways or upwards so the product is never cropped out of frame.

  3. Make a short film

From the same product photo and a video Recipe. The Recipe sets the scene, the camera move and the length; films are silent.

  4. Do it for your other products

Connect your store to bring the catalog in, then create product by product with the same Recipe — the look stays consistent from one product to the next.

What makes a good source photo

  • Sharp and well lit — what is blurry going in cannot come back sharp.
  • The product alone in frame, on a plain surface, with nothing else around it.
  • The whole product visible, shot roughly at eye level.
  • For jewelry, a worn shot without a face locks the real scale better than a macro close-up.
